We ship Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service, with the exception of a few indicated items which ship directly from our suppliers.  Most orders ship the next day and should be received in 2 to 3 business days.   Fragrances are shipped surface only (7-10 day delivery).  Some items may be out of stock or require special order; in this case shipping will take longer.  Some items, such as frozen or canned food, will require additional charges.  Currently we do not ship outside of the U.S.A.  Goods ordered and received outside of Arizona are NOT charged sales tax.  There is NO shipping charge for items picked up at The Irish Gift House.  Shipping is free for all orders over $500.00.  All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.  We do not ship on major US holidays.  While we take great care in describing products, sizes and weights may be approximate and pictures are not necessarily to scale.  Slight variations may occur between product pictured and product received; these differences are not considered defects as much of our product is handmade.  We reserve the right to correct any errors and/or omissions.   We prefer payment by Visa and also honor MasterCard, & Discover cards, sorry no checks.  All prices are listed in US Dollars.  Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.  We no longer accept American Express.

Refund and Exchange Policy: Our policy at The Irish Gift House is Exchange or Store Credit Only (you will receive an electronic gift card in the case of a store credit.)  Items returned for exchange will not be credited for shipping charges, however; defective items will be credited for your return shipping charges and we will reship without any additional shipping charges.  Shipping charges for exchanged jewelry will be a flat $5.95.  Items returned for exchange must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
All exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase.  Please note the exception for personalized product below.

Personalized Product:  Please be certain about accuracy (spelling, size, design, etc.) when ordering personalized product.  Once we have placed your personalized product order with our respective suppliers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


The Irish Gift House Jewelry Warranty:  We sell only the finest quality Irish made jewelry.  Should any of our fine jewelry prove to be defective during the first year of normal wear, we will replace or repair it at no charge.  Proof of purchase is required, please save your receipt.

We are always happy to gift wrap your selections & include a gift note at NO extra charge.  Just type what you would like us to write on the gift note in the comments area at checkout.
